THE CHALLENGE
RETHINKING
URANIUM RECOVERY
The United States imports most of the uranium that fuels its reactors, while domestic supply sits stranded in two places: the waste left behind at legacy mine sites, and deposits written off as too remote or too low grade to haul to a distant mill. Even recovered, that material has nowhere modern to go; no new conventional uranium processing facility has been built here in more than forty years. DISA Uranium was formed to remediate the first, produce from the second, and build the processing capacity that connects both to American fuel.
HPSA IN ACTION
HPSA Technology in Action
A NEW STANDARD
HPSA technology is DISA Uranium’s patented liberation platform, engineered to increase uranium recovery, reduce energy intensity, and unlock value from both conventional ore and legacy mine waste, modernizing how uranium is separated and concentrated.
HPSA Technology in Action
A patented edge in uranium recovery.
HPSA technology selectively liberates uranium while reducing energy costs.
HPSA Technology in Action
High-velocity slurry collisions.
Particle-to-particle impact drives early-stage liberation and improved uranium recovery.
HPSA Technology in Action
Coarser liberation. Fewer fines.
Targeted mechanical energy reduces overgrinding and the generation of fine waste.
HPSA Technology in Action
Optimized downstream performance.
Cleaner liberation improves recovery and reduces the volume sent downstream for processing.
HPSA Technology in Action
Modular, deployable platform.
Replaces energy-intensive infrastructure while maximizing recovery and lowering operating cost.
